About Peter Ton
After a stint in infrastructure consulting, Peter joined Wactor & Wick LLP, an AV-rated boutique environmental law firm, where he was a partner and practiced for 15 years resolving diverse environmental issues for his clients. Peter maintained an active pro bono practice there, partnering with nonprofits and legal coalitions on specific issues within his expertise or delivering direct legal services to indigent communities in clinical settings.
Peter founded Ton Law P.C. to establish a socially-responsible practice that delivers top-notch representation to its business clients and serves the larger community.
Peter is currently on the board of GRID Alternatives Bay Area, a nonprofit working towards a clean energy transition for all. He is married to Christy Kwon, a labor attorney in federal service. They are proud parents of an Oakland Unified School District kid.
